Our children’s program is a safe, specialized program for children 4-7 years old.
 

Our classes are designed to establish a firm foundation in many basic academic and social skills using an assortment of fun teaching aids. It is also designed to work on young children’s memory skills.

Above all, our children’s classes are designed to be fun. Children learn by having fun! Learning is fun when put in a fun atmosphere!

CLASS SCHEDULE:

Tue and Thur: 5:30-6:00 pm (White Through Yellow Belts)

Saturday: 11:30-12:00pm                    (All Children)

Our children’s program is a safe, specialized program for children 7-12 years old.

Our martial arts program incorporates the traditional basics of Taekwondo with modern teaching methods and motivational techniques for children. Martial arts builds confidence against bullies and promotes not being a bully.

Tue and Thur 5:30-615pm      (White Through Yellow Belts)

 Saturday: 10:00 to 10:45AM  (White Through Yellow Belts)

Saturday: 10:00-10:45pm             (White Through Yellow Belts)

TAC Krav Maga
Cardio Kickboxing Class

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is for teens and adult ages 13 and up!  It is a 45-minute class packed with Cardio and Conditioning, Kickboxing and TAC Krav Maga!  A great way to get in shape while learning self-defense techniques

Mon & Wed 6:00-6:45pm 

Tues and Thurs 7:00 to 7:45PM
