Our martial arts program incorporates the traditional basics of Taekwondo and TAC Krav Maga with modern teaching methods and motivational techniques for teens and adults.

Our kid’s program is a safe, specialized program for children 7-12 years old.Our martial arts program incorporates the traditional basics of Taekwondo with modern teaching methods and motivational techniques for children. Martial arts builds confidence against bullies and promotes not being a bully.

Our Cardio Kickboxing class is for teens and adult ages 13 and up! It is a 45-minute class packed with Cardio and Conditioning, Kickboxing and TAC Krav Maga! A great way to get in shape while learning self-defense techniques.
